How To Make Delicious Banana Ice Cream

Banana ice cream can be made according to different recipes depending on the time and preferences of each person. Here is an extremely simple recipe to help you make delicious banana ice cream to quench your thirst in the hot summer.

Ingredients:

  • 10 ripe bananas Siamese bananas
  • 50g peanuts (peanuts)
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp tapioca starch
  • 0.5 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk

Instructions:

Step 1: Roast Peanuts

First, you put 50 g of peanuts in to roast. To cook peanuts more evenly, you should add a little salt when roasting peanuts. Then you let the peanuts cool and then peel the shell and smash it.

Step 2: Cook Coconut Milk

You put 400 ml of coconut milk into the pot and turn on low heat. Wait until the coconut water boils, then pour in the prepared condensed milk. Continue to add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a little salt and then continue to cook. Next, add the dissolved tapioca starch with cold water, stir gently and cook until the coconut milk is thickened, then turn off the heat.

Step 3: Make Banana Ice Cream

  1. While waiting for the coconut water to cool, take out the bananas and peel them. You squeeze it so that the banana is not crushed.
  2. If you squeeze bananas in a plastic bag, put the bananas in a corner, then spread the peanuts evenly on both sides and slowly pour in the coconut milk. If you put bananas in an ice cream tray, do the same, but you should put the stick in the tray to make it easier to eat ice cream.
  3. Finally, you put all the ice cream made into the freezer compartment and let it sit for about 5 hours.

Step 4: Finished Ice Cream

The finished banana ice cream must be frozen ice cream. The cream has the ivory white color of coconut milk, the outside is covered with a layer of peanuts just enough. When eating the ice cream, make sure to have the crispy aroma of peanuts, the greasy taste of coconut milk and the soft and chewy taste of bananas.
