1. Prepare

2. Processing
- Heat oil in a pan for garlic, non-aromatic onions, stir-fry the meat, season with pepper, monosodium glutamate, salt, and soy sauce, mix well, scoop down and scoop out. Wash the pan clean.
- Put the pan on the stove for 3 tablespoons of oil, sautéed garlic and onions, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sweet foam, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of cold water, bring to a boil and mix well. , add the stir-fried meat mixture and mix well for about 5 minutes.
