  • 4 fresh abalones
  • 2-3 stalks of lemongrass

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Clean and tenderize the abalones: scrub the shells and remove any dirt or impurities. Soak the abalones in salted water for 30 minutes to tenderize them. Rinse and drain.
